The first house will be ready early Spring 2022, with the other houses following on. The whole site will be complete late 2022.
A general base line specification can be found here, but we encourage off plan buyers to get involved as early as possible. The majority of this can be customised with early involvement to build your custom home.

We understand that a reliable and fast internet connection is essential for both business and personal use. There is a dedicated fiber connection to each house, offering speeds in excess of 200mbps.
